no center caps. decided that it looked better w/o it so didn't bother buying them.
as for valve stems yes, just the normal ones... nothing too fancy.
i don't mind including a set of black anodized valve stems if i can still find them. (no guarantees tho)
no lug nuts

08 TL-S needs +45 offset to clear the brembos. The wheels will fit but you need a 10 mm spacer. Then you need to roll your fenders Posted via RS Mobile | |

I think +45 is safer. Just becareful when you bolt them on. White TL-S with these rims will look real nice Posted via RS Mobile | |
