Oh atleast you do legs lol unlike some people. What is your leg routine like? mine have grown much bigger off the 5x5 program that I just did. Still need them a bit bigger and would be good, same problem here with calves though just doing them till failure like 5-6 sets is making them grow a bit...

calves i do like traps sometimes every day high volume and squeeze

Leg days usually consist of Squats, Legs Curls, Hamstring Curls, V-Machine Squat (Hack), Straight Leg Deadlift, Leg Press. I don't do lunges since it kills my knees (I did track and field a lot in High School). Calves are just Donky Extensions (Arnolds), and regular calf raises.

Hahaahaha, what? Anavar is FAR better than Creatine. I don't even think you can compare.

Creatine = Water weight, does nothing in terms of strength gains
Anavar = Dry lean mass, strength gains, vascularity increased

Anavar is an excellent alternative. I know a lot of people on it, I've used it myself in the past to great results.

If you are curious about it, I would definitely give it a try. Anavar also does not aromatise so no need to PCT.

anyone can help explain to me what I need to take in order to gain weight? i've always had a hard time gaining a single pound no matter how much i eat. its been 6 years since i've gained anything...really desperate but do not want to take any steroids since that went bad. thanks, pm me if you could. =D

eat more
eat more good protein (yourweight)x1.5 is a good starting point
go to gym lift weights (theres a hundred plans in the workout thread if you search)

report back in 6 months, if it doesnt work, you arent doing it right
