I'll be there to watch. I'm not happy about the weather report though.
Man if there's one thing I miss since I moved over to the island, it's Mission Raceway. Thunder in the valley once a year just isn't enough to get my fix of drag racing.

Ended up going to watch yesterday, there was some good racing. This event just seems to get bigger every year. It was nice to see that old guy who crashed his Comet Caliente 3 years ago back again, with an even faster car and still smashing his own gears with a 4 speed.

I went both days. Both the local revscene Miata and Protege 5 looked good. Although the bikes amused me the most.

Still drives his car to the track and if it breaks he's gotta fix it on the spot to get back home.

Cool deal. I was going to go up on the Saturday but of course it was raining for the first time in 7 weeks.
Have to agree about Mission. I used to go over quite a bit for Friday Night racing.
