Carl Orff's Carmina Burana is the one hit wonder of the classical world.
The entire work is pretty awesome, though. Orff chose 24 of the poems from the collection, Carmina Burana, and set it to music. A few were about drunken and horny monks, LOL. Poems satirizing the church, ftw.
