I would also give extra monies for studies on the effectiveness of tight skirts, length for sure, hair style, stance while holding out the thumb, etc.

How is this a waste of money? It was pretty obvious men engage in pro-social behavior for women with bigger breasts to begin with, but now we have statistic evidence that proves this, essentially making it a fact, which can further enhance industries such as marketing, (jokes aside) services, etc.  | |
