Trick to get tier 1 is to keep refreshing. Did it for 5 mins and got tier 1s. Also use ticketmaster app.

then it was sold out. couldnt get anything on ticketmaster app
looks like Im missing Contact unless someone has a tier 1 ticket for sale lol
