DDM Tuning warranty

Allright here is the deal

I bought an HID kit from them and it was faulty from day 1.
I paid to ship it back to them and they said only 1 ballast is faulty. Somehow they have me on file quoting that only 1 ballast was faulty, but its clearly not the case. I sent it all back including my bulbs so they couldn't say it was something else that was the problem.

Their warranty sections states that if their unit is the problem they would cover return shipping in the states which i have a shipping address. They are charging me almost the full amount for return shipping on what i originally paid when i bought the damn HIDs.

I called their support number, been hung up on, been treated very rudely, yelled at but they insist only 1 ballast is faulty and i have to pay return shipping

I paid through paypal, do I have enough grounds to file a claim?

their HID kits are very cheap
i guess you're better off buying a new kit rather than paying shipping for warranty

They are really slow on shipping.

their customer service is really really poor. it took me months before i got my HID kit. It got to the point where i called them everyday to just annoy them, and i told them i would call everyday until i get my HID kit. Finally it did show up at my door. Luckily the kit works, but honestly, unless i live in the states, i dont want to deal with them again.

its ddm tuning, their hid kits are ridiculously inexpensive and somethings you can get a one off that does not work well.... instead just buy another set, now you got spare parts for when your current setup may die.....
