Since nobody else is going to answer his question..........

Call an Alpine dealer. Or, http://alpine-usa.com/support/parts

I would give SoundWorks a call. They are a Revescene sponser (I think) and an Alpine dealer.

I have an IVA D901 and the connector looks like the right one, but I don't recall the wires being that thick. In any case, it should work as long as you hook up the right wires.

Phil is right. The remote turn on wire is part of the main harness. Also, I would check to see if that nav unit is compatible with your IVA D900. I don't think it is.

Interesting. Alpine themselves do not list the IVA D900 or D901 as compatible. Perhaps they are listing only touch screen models. Just have to use the remote.

I have an older Alpine Nav unit that is hooked up to the IVA D901. Not impressed with Alpine Nav units, but whatever.

Yeah, and any upgrade DVD will cost you an arm and a leg. That's if they continue to support it.

Well, since its really old stuff i don't think anyone will bid on it.
I bid on it, if it win it will be worth it not buying a new deck just for navigation.
