i might've missed something but how did Morgan get a hold of Rick's map?
I think last time they saw each other (a few seasons ago, Morgan holed himself up in that city) Rick gave him the map saying to come find him when he was ready. I think they were still in the prison?
Also, was there a post credits scene? Would love if someone could post it if there was
there were 2 scenes as mentioned before after the credits.
sorry, i assumed automatically deanna was asking rick to end her husbands life so he doesn't turn. but watching that episode again, it seems rick was looking and facing directly at deanna and her husband. he turned around and fired the gun, which would probably mean he killed the alcoholic surgeon.
edit: the wiki said "Deanna was left shock, and crying yelling for his name, as Reg dies from getting chocked by his own blood. Enraged, she told Rick to execute Pete immediately"

Norman reedus said to bring your Kleenex and that there would be a lot of blood spilled. Don't agree with either of them.
The episode in season 3 when Lori and tdog died had more blood spilled.
But Morgan... Did he attend the donatello academy during the time of season 4? So badass with that staff/hiking stick of his.
Interested to see who the leader of the wolves will be..
funny you should say that about morgan... if you go watch the walking dead you can hear from the actor where he got this skills from.

Great episode. Right from the beginning knowing that Morgan was a big focus point I was excited. Little background on the W forehead engravings so that was satisfying. They will make for a worthy adversary next season. Crazy trap they set that Aaron and Daryl were caught up in. Morgan with Donatello skillz. Ha! Cool and funny at the same time. Glad Rick shot the wife/child beater. He was a waste of skin. Also glad to see the residents coming around to Rick's way of thinking. Teaming up to fight of the Wolves will be cool next season.

Anyone else think it was absolutely fucking stupid that they left the gate open? Even if there was a person on guard, why the hell would you leave the gate open and unlocked when you know there are zombies EVERYWHERE?!
dunno why no one was in the tower on watch. rick said had to be a person at all times. pretty sure they would have caught walkers and an open front door

Is it possible Rick shot Deanna (or her husband), and not the wife beater?
Interesting thought but imma say no way. He clearly turned away from them after Deanna said "Do it". Husband was pretty much dead at that point anyway so it's not like he needed to be put out of his misery or anything and nothing is gained from shooting Deanna. IMO Rick realizes that his crew needs to train the Alexandria peeps for survival so he's looking to make the group stronger in both talent and numbers.

morgan came upon the gabriel's church after rick left and found the map that Abraham left for rick when Abraham and them took off to Washington the first time.

Drunk doctor had Michone's sword that he accidentally killed Deanna's husband with.
In the final scene, Michone was cleaning the sword and about to put it back up on the wall above the fire place when she stops, looks at it and then puts it back into the holder and puts it over her shoulder.
If you ask me, I think it is a sign that she changed back to the old Michone, just like how Rick was able to convince the Deanna that they need to change to survive. Michone wanted to change and be apart of the new group but she realized the only way to survive is to be like the old group. Kill or be killed.
There were 2 cars in the lot where the trap was set. One was the station wagon that Daryl and Aaron was trapped in. The other was the van that had the spray painted message.

Oh that was michonne's sword? For a moment, I thought Rick planted or left a machete for the drunk surgeon to find, setting up a trap for him, knowing that he would come crash the town meeting. That would give Rick a reason to kill that dude and show everyone that they do need him
