Basically it started out as a fantastic show, which the network obviously knew. However, instead of letting it end on a high note, they dragged it out, season after season, thinner plot after thinner plot, just to get some more money and mileage out of the show. The series finale episode was such a huge let down that it makes the ending of Lost look genius

Anyone know the significance of showing rick's gun at the end? That was the most pointless shot. If it leads to anything next week, they should have shown the gun next episode.
