In the event of something that happens at 1:05, where a driver rear ends somebody, which then causes the car he/she rear ended to kill a pedestrian, who would be at fault?
I would think without a doubt the driver who rear ended the other driver would be at fault 100%. But I heard otherwise so I just wanted to double check.

That kind of car accident would not be enought to kill a pedestrian... in real life, its the guy who rear ends someone is usually at fault, especially at the stop light/sign
