my first time seeing this video...

its very well put together... with that music, damn...

the part that really stood out was when the guy rear ends the red suv and thought it was a little problem, then the kid stood up and finally realized what happend...

In the event of something that happens at 1:05, where a driver rear ends somebody, which then causes the car he/she rear ended to kill a pedestrian, who would be at fault?

I would think without a doubt the driver who rear ended the other driver would be at fault 100%. But I heard otherwise so I just wanted to double check.

Why would someone think it would be the person who got rear-ended's fault??? Stopping too close to a crosswalk???

Stopping too close to the crosswalk + not being in gear/stepping on the brake while stopped.

That kind of car accident would not be enought to kill a pedestrian... in real life, its the guy who rear ends someone is usually at fault, especially at the stop light/sign
