Well obviously this is an old thread, but since I was a Hyundai owner up until recently, and people keep bumping, I'll chime in. I had great service with JP Hyundai and in fact drove from East Van just to go there as I was not happy with the one closest to me. Maybe it's cause a fellow mod works there but at least I knew I was being taken care of.

JP north shore is the only place I would go to, and I live in Surrey. One of their employee's was selling a car that had a lien on it so they bought it off him at our agreed price, inspected it (CPO) and let me finance it. They keep trying to get me to get 5 year warranty on my already 5 year old car still.

any recent experience to report in? What sort of 'admin' fees to expect? Was at the Richmond Hyundai, and the quote i got had $980 extra 'other fee' so wondering if this is standard among other H dealers too.
Did not have a good experience at Richmond Hyundai. They did not offer any dealer incentives and quoted me prices from the "build your own" on their site. This was for the remodeled Hyundai Tucson when it first came out. The sales were not knowledgeable either.
