This is literally older than the internet itself. This joke is probably written in books now housed only in the library that predate computers. More likely, it was transcribed by hand before the invention of the printing press even made books available. In fact, I bet if you looked hard enough, it was probably written on the wall of a cave during the time of the cavemen.
