About a month ago I talked to the guy that started a civil suit against Scamthony for $10K over an RX7 that wasn't delivered. He's the one that started that other thread back in 2006 and never updated it.

Well he didn't pursue the lawsuit because Scamthony was like "family" back then. He did end up getting the car 1 YEAR later and it had issues. I'm not certain, but this might have been the time his mom bailed him out and maybe she gave him the money to get the guy the car.

I highly doubt this will happen in my case but since he's telling people he's going to prove me wrong let's just say my car does show up months down the road. That is still a breach of the contract that states it would be delivered last August. Nobody is going to wait month after month with this amount of money gone and not be pissed!

I have a couple voicemails on my phone that I haven't listened to yet. They were left shortly after I posted somebody's name in this thread, lol. I'm sure they are threats so I'm not even going to listen to them because it will just anger me more and I don't want to be tempted into doing something stupid.
