I admire your patience, Mike. I would've come down on him with the fury of a thousand dying stars if he stole $40k from me.

Heck, I probably would if he stole $40 from me.

The cops know about him and what he does but they just need to decide it's worth it to go after him criminally.

Maybe it's time to have a TV station go interview him.

It's not whether it is "worth" getting him criminally, it is whether there is enough evidence to PROVE he frauded you and other people. Does common sense tell us he is/was, yes, but having enough evidence to forward to Crown Counsel for a Charge approval is another thing. These types of issues are very hard to prove for Criminal charges. That is why more often than not, most people just accept their losses, or sue civilly. Even if he were to be charged civilly, the chances of the victims getting their money back are slim to none. When the police are involved, it is for Criminal charges, not monetary reimbursement. It is up to the courts to see what the punishment will be.

On another note, people need to smarten up and if things are "too good to be true", it is.

I forgot to post in this thread, was in Seattle recently and thought I saw him eating breakfast at the hotel I was staying at.

He was alone though, if I had seen the tranny with him, definitely would've posted here while he was in the US.

I believe in karma. One of these days Scamthony is gonna get what is coming to him.

-shaking my head in disbelief at how this scammer and his family can buy Michael Kors' stuff with their filthy money.

If this dude scammed a gangster, drug dealer, he would have been swimming with the fishes a long time ago.

Recon604 04-22-2013 08:51 PM

look at his kid. fckin ugly kid. no what an ugly family

a00755836 04-22-2013 09:12 PM

look what $40k has done to them. they are living the life. but at least give the kid a decent pair of shoes.

SB7 04-22-2013 09:29 PM

I'm not as worried about his looks and clothes as I am about the way his moral compass is developing .... :suspicious:

Gumby 04-23-2013 10:21 AM

Wow what a coincidence - I saw them at Winners at Metrotown, around 5pm yesterday!

Feel bad for the kid...

The_AK 04-23-2013 11:05 AM

dared3vil0 04-23-2013 11:27 AM

why you gotta bring his kid into this? the Kid has nothing to do with this.

I hope that "ugly" kid bangs any future daughter you have.

jtanner_ 04-23-2013 02:45 PM

^ More or less agree with this point. I get it that Anthony seems to be a complete tool, but why bring the kid into it like that?

If anything it's simply unfortunate that the kid has to be raised by someone who has such poor morals/ethics (based solely on my view from this thread). No need to bash on the kid, he had no choice of his parents.

Yeah I chatted with the lady he scammed. He got her for $2500. He tried to convince her to get all her family, friends and coworkers to all pool in to make a huge order to save more money. lol. She felt something wasn't right and figured $2500 would be a big loss but not as bad as $10K so she gave it a shot and was burned. He had a listing on ebay classifieds so that's how she found him. He also told her he sold clothing and car parts.

Even if he did make the kid with the tranny, how good/ugly looking the woman, the son are, does not factor into the issue of his scamming :rukidding:

Lol only an asshole would drag someones kid in the conv.. He did nothing wrong and obviously too young to comprehend any of these things if someone even told him

DrMike, I really hope that this thread ends one day with a happy ending for you and big time punishment for Scamthony.

How can one scammer make an RS thread last for 119 pages?

Cielmer 04-27-2013 12:29 PM

I have no problem admitting that I was the one who took the latest pictures of them at Metrotown. I had to take a call when I glanced past by them. I just got lucky really.. she looks like she suffered permanent facial damage from an allergic reaction because her face looked like that of a Blowfish when I walked past them.

If I were someone he scammed, the way Anthony had his back to me (surprised he doesn't look over his shoulder at all) he would of been riposted 30 times. I probably would of done the world a favor too. Except I'd rather let him stew in a life of misery and paranoia.

It just surprised me how "normal" these people looked. They're showing their backs too much with the recent sightings at Metrotown so clearly they're hanging around and living in the area. :rukidding:

jakers 04-27-2013 12:39 PM

Damn she's lookin' bad these days...or is it he, we may know soon enough.

you can hate someone because of:
what he does for a living
what he wears
how he treats other people
his personality
and even what he chooses to believe in

... dont hate someone because of what hes born into, thats not a choice. i hate you for being ignorant regardless of where you come from or who your parents are

dared3vil0 04-27-2013 07:58 PM

I have to agree, on the contrary to what Recon says, I actually feel bad for the kid. There's no way in hell Scamthony or Tranny is a good influence on the little guy...

Looks like Karma got to them, just got this email at work.

This couple (Anthony Espinosa, Saysomone Phanouvong) have been arrested in downtown Vancouver with 20 pre-paid gift cards (Titanium + $and a Canada Post) $value $5,000.$ $Names had been printed on the cards so they could produce bogus id to match the name on the cards. $Otherwise the fronts of the cards have not been tampered with – only the magnetic strip has been altered.$ Typically they will buy store gift cards with these pre-paid cards.$ $They are good candidates to travel so all stores beware.$ Please share with your teams.$ Thanks

SWEEEEET!!! I hope they get more than a slap on the wrist. Maybe I should forward the police department details about all these other scams they've been doing.
