If you havn't guessed who started the thread I'll only give u one guess. and it will be wrong. as for trolling, that was the point. I got banned for the night from it, I mean, the OP did. there was over 9000 replies in that thread, I got 3 screencaps before I got banned. A few other members here saw the thread, maybe they have more caps from it. I have one of the full thing but it's such shitty quality it's not worth posting.

He sent me more pics today but the wrong VIN, again. The EXIF data on the images showed they were taken in May of 2009, lol. So either he sent me some old pics he took or he didn't set the time on his camera. I'm not even requesting pics he is just determined to send me some that I can't prove to be fakes.

Seems like a lost cause at this point, you spend more time on here than out there doin work, you say you're busy with family and fall asleep when Anthony calls you back, but you're on here past midnight replying to us. Let me brief you on how shit gets done... last year my GF who is a member on the MallVibes forum (girls talkin bout shoppin) a few members including my GF had sold roughly $5000 worth of stuff to another MallVibes member who paid them all through PayPal.
She pulled ye good old PayPal charge back scam and kept the money and merchandise. So all the girls including my GF started going crazy trying to figure it out, all they had was some vague information, that was it.... some time passed and none of them got shit done because PayPal apparently has a call centre in the Philippines that isn't very helpful. For some reason the girls thought PayPal would eventually give them the money back and decided to wait it out.
I stepped in knowing PayPal swallows loads and pubic hairs and let me tell you what I did with that vague information Mike, which was basically 2 different phone numbers neither belonging to the culprit, various aliases, and one wrong address.
Within the span of a week, I managed to find out first where the bitch goes to school, what her name was, where she lives, who her friends are..... and since she was like 7 fuckin Teen and still in high school (Burnaby North) I knew I had to play it cool, so I went to the principal first informed him and the constable of the scam going on and that she was involved, they put me in touch with her parents and we all had a sit down and I spoke on behalf of all the victims involved, gave the bitch's parents all the victims information so they could repay the full amount of $5000+ back to each and every person involved including my GF. A week of Sherlock Holmesing shit and few days for everyone to receive and cash their cheques, case closed.
I got that shit done in a WEEK, and going on waaaay less information that you got on Anthony....
RS should really make a sticky on this forum of a list of known scammers and certain shops that have been known to screw customers, or something along those lines just as an informational tool.

If I was single and not busy with work and all these pre-planned family things every freakin weekend I would have found him already. My wife wasn't understanding at first and said I spent too much time on this and just let the authorities handle it. Well in the meantime I've been doing my own detective work. Not going to post anything on here until it's over. Finally I told her everything and she's so stressed out and angry now so I told her see now you know what I've been going through for 6 weeks but keeping it mostly to myself. She would bitch at me to get off the laptop or off the phone with people to do the dishes or vacuum the house or take care of the kids. I said hey I'm trying to get our $40K back here and she would say well that's not my fault blah blah blah. A few huge fights already over this.
Anyway I usually stay up after midnight anyway because I go to the gym from 10pm-midnight. Staying up until 1am is fine and normal but he texted me at almost 2am asking if he could call. Why would I wait up when he has flaked so many times before? I told him he doesn't need to ask permission to call, just call. I would have woken up to answer it.
People have tried to scam me on ebay and forums before as well. I tracked them down to their schools or houses and they gave me what was mine.
It's a lot harder in this case because the guy isn't home. He probably knows he's in deep sh1t as soon as he gets home.
The person in Hawaii that he scammed out of $7K called me last night and we talked for an hour. I told him my story and he said it mirrored his experience and he was reliving it as I said more and more. I thought his was recent but he wired the money 6 months ago and Anthony even tried to get him to wire $11K more! You see how good these slime balls are? This other guy has finally had enough after 6 months!
Anthony called me from a pay phone in LA last night after midnight. I listened to him ramble and mumble nonsense and then I laid into him. I don't know why he keeps insisting he is legit. I will record it next time because he gave me permission to record because he has nothing to hide. He sounds like somebody with their world crumbling down around him and needs somebody to talk to. Didn't this happen in Catch Me if You Can where De Caprio kept calling Tom Hanks to talk? He keeps saying he wants it to be over he wants it to be over he's so stressed. I think he got himself into some sh1t down there. I said he has until tomorrow and if he got scammed out of the money then that's his problem but he better refund me the money by tomorrow.
I filed a report with the FBI 3 weeks ago but they get thousands of cases a day to sift through so I haven't heard back yet.

How is this case in anyway similar? Is Mike supposed to find Anthony's highschool, have a sit down with his principal and mommy and explain to them what their 100-year old son/student has done...
You are dealing with a 17-year-old girl who is living under her parents roof. Anthony, more likely than not, doesn't need shit from his mom and I'm sure his mom will not be able to do anything about this....
