That's usually y the owner would only use cops/court small claims to resolve this kind of issue, they have nothing to lose, u have Ur house....

Back in August they were trying to scam a club owner in Vegas out of a couple hundred thousand dollars for a Ferrari. She was telling people if the deal went through she was going to rent an island for a vacation.
I warned somebody affiliated with the club and without telling him who the potential scammers were he already had a hunch and that it involved cars and said his boss wasn't going to fall for it. I asked him if Sunytha was really in Vegas working and he said no she was just partying.

Scamthony showed up at his house with a $2000 check begging to let him stay. He was crying too. I told him he should have taken a pic. He said he almost had his sister video tape it, lol. That would have been priceless. The landlord wouldn't take the check. Told him to come back with cash.
Also, the landlord went to arbitration a couple months ago and the scammers failed to show up or call so they automatically lost.
