If the landlord has won the judgment already why doesn't he throw their asses out?

What is the landlord has to gain for letting him overstay for so long? Save on the bailiff fees? bleeding heart? or hope against hope the guy is for real?

We all know even though it is Christmas and every thing, the longer they stay, is another red on the landlord's record book.
