I'm sorry and I really feel bad for you as I certainly couldn't afford to be scammed out of 40K but no one on here can help you and no one will...,

I have read through most of this thread and I can only say WTF!

Are you sure you have read the whole thread? he did more than just badmouth, he is just going through the legal route which is the best way to deal with this situation.

Lately it has been for entertainment. It is nice to get the word out on these guys so hopefully their scamming days are over.

Nobody will help me? I'm not posting the best stuff publicly. That will come later. At this point I know a lump sum payment in the end is a fantasy.

Thanks!

Looks like this Mark person is requesting a default judgment against Anthony for $19K+.

I wonder how they served him when he was out of state.

I doubt Revenue Canada would be happy to hear about all this unclaimed money he has taken in

PJ 12-17-2010 04:18 PM

^ You should let them know. and then let me know.

DrMike 12-17-2010 05:00 PM

OK so Anthony claimed he gave somebody $20K for a down payment on the car and they scammed him. His GF has also been saying their bank accounts have been frozen for suspicious activity.

Well this all coincides with the timeline of the $19K lawsuit. Did he take half my money and pay off that judgement? And were their accounts actually frozen because of this judgement against them while they were hiding out in LA? I knew there must have been another reason for them to be down there that long.

76k so far, holy shit. Hes prolly gonna be forced to sell his business

donjalapeno 12-17-2010 06:35 PM

hows he gonna pay for all the debt?

Hey Mike, I've been following this thread since the very beginning, and at first, I was thinking this guy must be an idiot for giving somebody 40k, and now he's bitching on the internet instead of actually doing something about it.

It's unfortunate that this has happened to a good person, but you are doing the right thing. It's tough to not let your emotions get the best of you and simply go down and shit kick him - afterall, it's 40k! I applaud you for your patience and rational thinking, and chances are, you may never get your money back. If that's the case, you're just gonna have to take the high road and believe that karma will do its job. Lesson learned.

Best of luck!

Bank accounts are rarely end-all frozen. There's stages.. first, your credit being frozen is a huge deal already. If their accounts were all frozen, I doubt they would have spent that much time down there if they had no money to spend; if they can't even afford rent.

I would put money on why he's always staying longer, taking longer, etc. He knows he's stuck, so he's constantly going to be buying time hoping this whole thing blows over. And your job is to never let that happen until some sort of justice is served. That's how scammers get by - in hopes that the person they scammed just give up after a long time. But Revscene isn't going to let that happen..

Plan B.. 4chan :troll:

With all the intelligence info we have on him.. imagine what 4chan could do LOL. There's no way this clown deserves to live a regular life after what he's done to so many people. He's going to need pizzas, newspapers, furniture, groceries, gardeners.. etc delivered to his house everyday. As well as signed up for all the e-mailing lists you can get think of. :alone:

But in all seriousness, let's hope Plan A follows through and you see some of your hard earned cash again.

Well he had all kinds of money all the way through September. The other guy's case didn't wrap up until October. He went for a default judgement because Anthony failed to defend himself. The records don't show if he got the judgement yet but if he did, he could have called up Anthony's banks and had them freeze his accounts.

I wish the guy would respond to me on Facebook. Does anybody know Mark Esgasane? The other Mark he also scammed asked how I know so much about him and quit responding.

I think with 5 people being scammed that I have found and no cars ever being delivered it's strong enough to try to get fraud charges on him so he can finally be locked up.

I'm with you. At first, I didn't understand why DrMike wouldn't confront him when given the opportunity. If it were my 40k I probably would have done something stupid a long time ago.

Thanks DrMike - I've learned a couple things from this thread. (which is only getting better and better, I can't wait until you can give us all the info)

A - don't trust anyone with your hard earned money no matter how well you think you might know them. *especially if said people are known to travel with penis packing "ladies"

B - if you don't follow lesson A, avoid a knee-jerk reaction and take care of shit properly.

Best thread of 2010

Asking people for money isn't much of a business, is extortion a business?

If you're good at it, it is.
