he has gone through eviction stages but they are deadbeats that won't leave.

The sad thing is that although he may be young, he's going to wonder what happened to his father when all of this finally comes out. I wonder what his mother is thinking about all of this. Surely she must know.

My neighbor had to do that and when the guy didn't leave, the cops went with my neighbor to change the locks and to physically escort the guy out. He had no choice but to leave his belongings behind, which then (because the renter had ample warning) became the property of my neighbor. He had a massive garage sale that helped pay off a couple of months rent.

When helping to clean out the place, I saw things that were precious momentos....baby pictures, diplomas and certifications. Milestone markers in a family's life. All were thrown away because they were now legally my neighbor's and he was so calloused by then he didn't care anymore.

Somehow they scrounge up a few hundred here and a thousand there and pay rent in little chunks. They will get all this taken care of when the $11million clears.

i don't understand why the landlord would let them live there anyways. He has the right to remove them from his property. Who cares if they are paying a little bit here and there, he knows they are worthless fucks and it would be more headache to leave them there.

Sometimes if you cannot get the PD appt to help you evict them, it's just easier to be cool with them until then. You don't want to come into the house you own to see the walls torn down from an angry renter.

Better for Mike if they stay..., as was said here already they are easy to find if they stay where they are..., if they move with no forwarding address it makes it difficult to track them down again.

lol.. they are probably making small scams here and there around town.

ex. scamming retailer gift cards and then selling them on craiglist to make few hundreds.

i wish our justice system can hurry up and do something about them cause all we know they are probably still scamming ppl hard earned money as we speak.

We've had a couple of bad renters before.
If they don't pay the bills, then the tenancy eviction application or whatever takes like another month for it to even process.
Pretty much, you're looking at 2.5-3 months between the screw it up enough until when you can throw them out on their ass.


Our last tennants trashed my entire basement, built in leather couches, cut to shreds, broken mirrors, windows, smashed in doors.
Lights all busted, ditto with the switches.
They took a hatchet to the drywall and the electrical box.


Anyways, back on topic.

how do you guys know hes late on his rent? surely someone must know this information, and must know the landlord...if someone gives me an adress ill go there with a friend tonight/tomorrow (whenever) and just sit there and wait for their ghetto asses to walk out :)

Friend of mine had a similar problem with some bad tenants,my friend sold his rental house,the new owners were to take over in three months,the current tenants refuse to move,stopped paying rent and to top it off,let other people move into the basement and they all refuse to leave.He called the cops,they said they could not do anything about it,so he took matters into his own hands and went back to his thug roots.He payed a few thugs he knew to kick the door open in the middle of the night,they ran into the house with baseball bats and other weapons,fucked a few people up playing urban baseball,told everyone to get the fuck out and never come back.A few days later,the house was completely empty of people,apparently these fuckers left the next day after the incident happend,they took off so fast,they left most of their belongings behind.

Most of the time,it takes a good beating to get through to dumb fucks like this,Anthony the tranny and his loser brother are no different.
