I would really like to know the outcome of the best case scenario here, let's say he gets prosecuted sentenced to pay back X amount of money, probation possible jail time etc.... all of which will happen no doubt since I believe Mike has got his bases covered.

But what I would really like to know is how the court is planning on collecting the tens of thousands of dollars he owes to various people ?

from everything we now know about him it's obvious that this guy is an absolutely delusional fucktard with the mind of a mentally undeveloped teenager, which is probably the reason he rips people off for a living, so how in the world would a guy like this amass the proper amount of money to fulfill the terms of his sentence ?

You're right you can't squeeze a rock. If he has no money and no assets there really isn't much you can do. If he starts working you can get his wages garnished but other then that not a lot.
