getting trolled? |

I'm not just sitting here doing nothing. I can't discuss what else is going on plus even if I could he has his goons reading this thread and he probably is too. Believe me I would love to do this the old fashioned way but I'll do it the right way first. |

He just told me he will be sending me pics and VIN soon. I know I've heard this a million times before. |

no I didn't mean fly to LA and try to find him, you know where his family's shop here in Vancouver is, and if you were able to get a friend of yours to drive past the shop and take a picture of the front entrance and the black RX-7 outside, but not go in and talk try to clear this shit up possibly ? why not try that instead of just having the guy drive past and take a random pic, you'll get more results. |

Supposedly he's in the process of moving his shop to Burnaby. |
I did a active and historical records search for Concept Motors in the Province of BC and there is no such corporation or society registered with the BC Registrar. Looks like he's not covered by limited liability if you do sue him, or did you do business with him under another business name? Looks like he also had a couple other civil suits as well in the system. |

Interesting about the other civil suits. |

I would definitely get Revenue Canada into this. If he deposited $40k from you under the guise of doing business as Concept Motors, then he is asking for a world of audit and hurt from them. Can't fuck with the government when they think you are screwing them out of money. |

He was just claiming it was his shop and those guys that do run that shop have already moved out just over a year ago. He has scammed them also. He has been saying that he's in the process of moving his imaginary shop for over 2 years. |

Once the government gets word that someone's evaded taxes owed to them, they sit up and take notice. They will thoroughly fuck him lol. |
^why are you still waiting on this douche? Take action! They always sound sincere and believable! Posted via RS Mobile |
To the OP: You have a family, and you had 40K sitting in the bank to purchase a car, so that means you're doing something right. On the other hand, you've mentioned a couple of times that his "goons" are probably reading the site. Are you afraid that they'll take you (or your family) out if you escalate the case? There's something you're not telling us. Even if he used threats against you, the ball is in your court. If he threatens you (or unfortunately has one of his goons do something that could potentially harm you or your family), the better it is for your case because you'll have more evidence to take him down. To me, 40K is a lot of money (particularly if it was cash and not credit) and if I were in your situation, I would have an attorney as well as the CRA on this guy's tail. |

It will all come out in due time. Instead of concentrating on making it right with me he's driving around LA going to more "meetings" supposedly talking to potential clients to get them cars as well. He said the attorney's name that is the owner of the car he's supposed to get for me is Justin Howard. There is no attorney in California with that name. If he really did give some Justin Howard my money and he hasn't gotten the car yet then maybe he got scammed as well. But I'm sure it's all BS. |

EDIT* BTW I heart this thread :) Really the best thing you can do is just let him know that you are going to the police, and then do it. I'm sure the VPD will be more than happy to help, plus if he is already known to police (which from the sounds of things is fairly likely...) they will be happy to have one more reason to investigate him. You have nothing to lose by going to the police, so stop wasting time, just get that police report filled out and let the police take it from there. It's amazing what so much as one phone call from the police will do to get things going. |

Seriously, why do you continue to give this guy the benefit of the doubt? It's time to get the police involved. At least file a report, if he does deliver than all is well and everyone is happy. Regardless, get the ball rolling with the authorities. |

A buddy of mine just told me when he was scammed the scammer stayed in touch with him until the very end as well. Sounded just like my situation. Come on Anthony! Quit screwing around down there and make this right! |
Pretty sure the government can return custody of his child to the mother since this is a prime example of him being an unsuitable father. Especially if the police get involved. |
0:44, the guy in the #25 jersey should be you. |

money back on friday or this thread goes on 4chan ! LOL |
^ I don't think that would solve much.... I really think the OP just wants a car, or his money back. 4chan would just mess up the guys life, I doubt after that he woudl give his money back anyways |
