Apparently, no big firm makes exhausts for my car. It looks like I'll have to go custom. I need 2 Y pipes/downpipes with flanges and 02 sensor bung made. Who in town can do this. I'm not looking for show pieces with exotic materials. just nicely bent and welded functional pipes at an affordable price. located in van. budget under 200. Please point me in the right direction guys. muffler shop, fab shop, whatever works. thanks
My girlfriend's next period should be any day now, maybe I can drug her into letting me near her vagina. Apparently Nyquil fucks her up really good.

i got charged $150 just to weld on a muffler i brought myself... $200 cant get you anything, unless you dont care for leaks, ugly welds, I can do that for you for under $200
if you want a good flowing and good sounding exhaust go to muffler tech... they are a bit more expensive than the rest of the muffler shops, but they mandrel bend their piping and their welding is top notch. they weld the exhaust off the car, unlike the rest of the shops that are too lazy to unbolt it.
I have been to Hoeglers. They did the best job they could fixing my current exhaust. But due to the stupidity of the previous owner, those 2 pipes still needs to be replaced if I want them to stop leaking and rattling. I will check out the other places you guys suggested.

They've helped us numerous times
fixed our customer's GReddy Spectrum Elite, because the previous owner re-welded the flanges on for CSX bends (cX car was an FG2)
fixed a custom exhaust on my old Talon (was just falling apart)
Both of those times, it was less than $75.
would highly recommend for fair pricing + turn around
Paid $700 for a full stainless 3" exhaust including dp on my Volvo from a local buy, best welds i've seen in person. Like everyone said, $200 ain't gonna get you much.
The reason why I set my budget at 200 is because I know someone stateside that could do if for that price. I thought I would ask here first. I really don't want to make the drive down unless I really have to. Its a 540i for those who are curious. What I really wanted made were a pair of test pipes. I did not initially mention this because I didn't want to get flamed.
Anyways, This is a V8 so it has pretty much 2 of everything. The previous owner replaced one cat but left the original on the other side. both are still ok but it leaks and clunks. To make matters worse, the jobber cat is shorter than the oem one and has no hanging points like the oem. What then ends up happening is that all the flanges are off by a bit and the section after the cat all the way to the muffler ends up bend to the side so the muffler tips touch the bumper. Hoeglers was able to shift the muffler back to center but didn't do anything about the leaks and clunks.
And for those wondering why I don't just go get a set of oem cats, well they are $1200 US per side. Local BMW dealers want 2k for one. And this price is the cheapest I know of already. Aftermarket ones made for my car are 700 per side and those always take a bit of massaging to fit. Test pipes would be the cheapest solution imo. And no, im not going for looks or looking for any performance gains.
for the curious, here is a picture of what i want made minus the cats. # 1 and #2
Mufflertech in coquitlam is quite good, haven't been there in a few years tho. I recall that they have a mandrel bender there and they they do lots of stainless. I'm not sure if the mandrel bend stainless tho.
