Walmart USA now has their own Cell Service
 
Thats right.. Walmart in the US will now have "The Wal-Mart Family Mobile service" which is powered by T-Mobile.

im guessing within 1-2 years walmart canada will have its own cell service..

They will start with 5 phones, including the Motorola Cliq XT...
Unlimited calling and texting will cost $45 per month for the first line and $25 for each additional line for the family. The service will be offered starting next week in most of its stores across the nation.

lots of realtors around the world have their own cell service which is under an actual cellular company..


Tesco in the UK for example (they're like our superstore/loblaws)

We are going to see Wal-Mart extend into many different industries over the new few years.

thats cool. It also isn't that expensive per phone if you have more than 1 phone on the account.
