honda accord ignition key fails to turn at all..

hi, I am able to insert key into ignition, but unable to turn key to start the car.
it Feels as if something is locked up.
I have tried both keys and its the same,
i am unable to get past the steering wheel lock mode and enable a engine start...
i wiggled both keys and steering wheel trying to get the key to turn at all...but it is STUCK..

im guessing it is the ignition lock is broken or the ignition cylinder and key tumblers..

i got it working a few times ..but as soon as i park and turn of engine ..now its impossible to get it started again...

maybe there is some trick for a 03 accord v6 automatic..to get it started

Did you move the steering wheel to each side? Not wiggle. Like turn to max of the side it's not blocked.
