Sending SMS to a China mobile through internet
Is there a messenger program that allows you to send text through the internet to mobile in countries like China (long distance)?

Live messenger currently doesn't support that.

edit: for free, Skype can do it, but it charges a fee for every text

I don't know anyone that does it for free. There's gotta be a service charge somewhere.
