Hm when I was searching Outsourced on imdb I came across this movie also called Outsourced made in 2006
And I'm about 30 minutes into the movie and the plot of the current Outsourced show being aired is essentially the same as this movie... they even copied the jokes (for example the Manmeet one lol..)

Ya, the movie is actually decent. My wife and I saw the previews for the new show probably two months ago so I downloaded the movie thinking it was the show. Turns out it wasn't but decent watch none the less.
I don't think the movie would spoil it the series. That would be like saying watching Stargate the movie would ruin stargate the TV series, they are related but not the same.
