| Shaw Problems Around East Vancouver?
Anyone around East Vancouver, having problems accessing certain sites like Google, Facebook or Youtube? It seems like the only site I can access on my computer is Revscene...
And no I don't have a virus, it doesn't work on my laptop, desktop or iPhone. |

Shaw seems to always have problems, when choosing the 2 main internet provider for GVRD, is that Shaw will have some downtime every so often but the speeds are outstanding , but with Telus it is the other way around..
I think i'm going to switch over to Shaw soon, i don't like Telus' speeds.
It is too slow for my liking.

It is too slow for my liking. | what speed plan are you on for Telus? they have a 15Mbps service available, which rivals Shaw. unless, you are that speed hungry and want moaaaarrrr.
btw, Telus is pushing out a 25Mbps ADSL plan in the near future.

I'm from East Van, been with Shaw for almost 20 years for cable and internet, recently subscribed to their digital phone service and has rarely ever had problems.

but I agree that coax is a much more robust carrier with a higher bandwidth capability.
