City Fido I was just wondering if these plans are worth trying to sell these days? I have the original 40 plan and 6gb data. |
No you will not be able to sell it. There's are many plan out there that are unlimited Province for $35 including caller ID or unlimited Canada with unlimited text for $45 including caller ID and these can be obtain by new customers with no credit check or contract. Then there is the rentention unlimited North America talk and text for $50 from Fido. These plans makes the City Fido that everyone was proud to have looks like crap. You can try and sell it and maybe someone dumb will come along and buy it :stupid: |
Yeah City Fido isn't the best deal you can get and with decent data is far too expensive. Any retention iphone plan will beat it for value. I'm sure as above said there are still people who think the original city fido is the shit, and those are the ones who haven't heard of retentions, but chances are someone looking on craigslist or wherever you're planning to post this has an idea of retentions. |

I had City Fido plan for years and Fido bumped me up to the $50 unlimited plan. |
Dammit, that sucks and I just renewed my contract, b/c I wanted a stupid iphone 4, 10 months before my contract was up. |

Unlimited voice and text in North America no system access fee. Data, VM, CID cost extra. |
^ How do I get that plan? Do I just call fido and say that I want that specific plan? My contract with them expires next February... |
Just call and tell them your friend got that plan and you want the same. I renew my contract for 3 years and a month later this plan came out and I was able to switch to it with 49 months left on my contract. So you should be able to get that plan no problem. |
