I'll check that out tomorrow. Bliss didn't turn out TOO well. Didn't really notice a difference. Feels nice on the face though lol.

real advice:

clean up your diet. eat more fruits and veggies and foods that are as natural as possible.

get lots of sleep!!!

use a toner after you wash. rose water is good too (as a toner). it costs only like $3-4 for 150ml.

My diet is pretty clean actually. I think its mainly my sleep patterns. Lately I haven't been consistently sleeping at my usual time.

i second clinique, and half the time dont listen to the people telling you its your food thats making your skin look like shit. Unless you are eating KFC for every meal thats probably not your problem.

I understand how you feel about 3 step programs but skin is kind of like school, for some people you gotta put time into it to get the results..

well anyways like the other people here said, try a toner as that will be your exfoliator, it will also get rid of any of the dead skin cells that will clog your pores and cause you to break out.

The main concern you should be looking into is moisturizing, it doesnt matter how good your cleanser is if the weather (especially the shit we've been having lately) dries the shit out your skin and irritates it to death. Your skin will look red, cracked, and you may even break out because your skin will over produce sebum which will clog your pores.. =_=

anyways also let us know what type of skin you have (sensitive(yes/no)) (Dry, Combination,Oily)

In any case i recommend the clinique moisture surge

Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser is best for all skin types. I use Olay Complete (Classic) for a moisturizer.

Zirh has great looking products on an awesome online store/customer service. But I used their products for half a year and didn't like the results. Little pricey also.

yeah i think sleep contributes the most for me. My diet is quite good as i eat lots of fruits and no oily foods (kinda) but i still tendto break out here and there. Slept at 4 last night and broke out in the morning!
And also smoking... a big nono...
