Never done business with them. But I have met their mutual fund/retirement advisors, and it seems they are really nice and knowledge people. Are you planning to invest with them?

Ya, I was planning on buying an HSBC bond with them, 15 years, Issue at par, 4.45% annum, pretty good no?
