Condition is basically brand new in box, received it as a gift and it has been sitting here for the last few weeks. Decided it's too powerful for my needs, it's easily the highest performing netbook in its class. Battery has not even gone through a full discharge/recharge cycle since I've only been using it while plugged in at home.
