| Good place for tranny rebuild in Vic
Hey guys,
I've got a 2004 Sentra Spec V with a transmission that is running really loud and making a clicking noise in gears 1-3. I'm getting my car ready for snowboarding trips and such this winter and this is the first thing to address. I know it needs to be fixed but i'm leaning towards a rebuild rather than replacement as those transmissions are difficult to find (only in spec v and certain maximas) and are generally used hard until the cars demise. Can you guys point me towards some shops that you would trust to do this on your car? Any other advice? And finally, what should a job like this cost me?
