Phone under warranty and not able to get help. Help.

Hey guys, I have a blackberry that is 5 months old. I had issues with the first one, got one sent out under warranty (a refurb). That one had issues so I sent it back and got another one. Now the one that I have is having issues that the first one had. Now when I talked to telus, at first the girl said that they want to try and get something done for me etc. etc. because I've had 3 defective handsets. The solutions that they offered me required me to sign up for 3 years under contract, which is not something I want, because I bought the phone outright in May and went month to month. I told her the reason I bought the phone was so that I do not get stuck with a contract. She than told me that since I am not under contract my best option is to find a good place to recycle my phone. Kinda pissed me off because I still have over half a year left under warranty and that is her best solution? To top it off, the girl said she is off shift soon and tried to shoo me away. Would calling back a day later and asking to talk to a supervisor do much good? Or are they really that unwilling to help someone when they can't nail down a 3 year contract?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

Just give it a try. Sounds like the bitch just didn't wanna bother helping you out, and trying to get you to sign a contract to boost her sales or however that shit works.

Yeah try talking to RIM directly instead of going through Telus since you bought it outright.
