I bought a heated travel mug from XSCargo that came with that adapter. IIRC it was $7 for the mug, cable and adapter.

Canadian Tire. Even cheaper during those 5 dollars off promo's.

I picked up one that was part of a set at Princess Auto in Coquitlam. 110 volt AC, 12 volt DC, and Euro adaptors for like 10 bucks!!!!

They're all gone now, but they stock that kind of stuff on a regular basis in their "surplus" section.

Thaat's not a bad deal. I would end up giving the mug away and keeping the rest.

I bought a rocket fish usb charger over a year ago from Future Shop. They still sell it but it might be leaning towards the expensive side. It's $14 for one usb plug

They do have another one with two usb which is useful if you are always traveling with friends. They can also charge their phones.

A friend told me that they saw these cheetos at Los Guerreros, a small Latin-American grocery store at Kingsway & Joyce. They also sell pupusas in the back on the weekends if anyone wants..

Anybody out there know of an optical sore that carries (or can get) Spy Optic glasses?

I'm looking for a pair of the new Spy Optic Screw. The dealer search isn't working (when I tried) on their website and their Canadian online retailers don't carry it. Thanks!

I know it's supposed to be a local thread but since you travel to the States so often, I'd suggest getting them there. Most skater type clothing stores in the mall carry SPY stuff.

Dream catchers are actually a bit difficult to find in Vancouver. Hill's Native Art might have an affordable on as they have a large shop.

Hills Native Art - North America?s Largest Northwest Coast Native Art Gallery

Canadian Indian Art does have them.

Native Art | Indian Art | Canadian Native Art | West Coast Native Art | Coast Salish Art | Canadian Indian Art

Sometimes natural health food stores carry really cheap ones, but not sure of any in Vancouver that do.

Do you want it in packets, or bulk?

Shoppers carries the packets under their own brand name (Life Brand).

You can get stevia at most health stores. I need to get some, as well. I used to have the packets, but they are a pain in the ass. I'm on the last few, so bulk it is.

I'm diabetic, but need to stay away from using those other artificial sweeteners., like aspartame and sorbitol. Stevia is natural. No need to tell you about it, but for others who use "Sweet "N Low" and other similar products, they need to convert to Stevia.

The other thing I use if I have to use sugar, is Agave. It's the kind of sugar that takes a while to break down. Anyway, Stevia is harder to find than Equal and other artificial sweeteners. I'll be looking for it in bulk tomorrow.

3.5mm Female to Female Connector

Looking for a female to female 3.5mm connector like this. I only need one but DX sells them in packs of 10... it is the same size as standard ear/headphone plugs.

Gastown. You can find them in the shops or some artists will be selling them on the street.

Any native art shop.

Also, maybe the Museum of Anthropology gift shop?
