Staples, Office Depot.

There are no more Office Depots in the GVRD.

As for Staples, they don't carry small retractable ballpoint pens. They carry tons of regular-sized ones, but not smaller ones. I've seen for myself already.

I'm looking for a fruit basket to give to my gf's dad's bday

Anyone know of a good place?, all the ones I searched up are delivery.

Do local supermarkets help u pick out some fruits and wrap them in a basket for u?

CorneringArtist 07-24-2012 09:22 PM

I'm looking for model paint, more specifically Gundam model paint. I'm going to be building and painting this, and it's going to be the first one I've had to paint.

BFF 063AN Ambient (Plastic model) Kotobukiya Armored Core Armored Core 1/72

If generic hobby model paint works, then that's fine. Closer to Burnaby would probably be better for me. IIRC, Sakura Media at Metrotown has paint, but I'm not completely sure.

Thanks.

Kin Farm Market does gift wrap baskets.. I think you have to do it online then pick the option to pick it up at the store...

Urban Samurai is your best bet. They are in Lougheed Mall. Upper floor next to the alteration shop. They have all the Tamiya paint colours.

Canada's Leader in 1/6 Figures and Parts

There's also Go Go Hobbies on Austin Avenue.

Go Go Hobbies & Toys

In Port Moody, there's On Track Hobbies

On Track Hobbies » Hobby Trains, Games, Models, Paints & Supplies — On Track Hobbies

There's Apollo Hobbies on Production Way, but they have a limited selection of paints.

EDIT: Almost forgot, Metropolis Comics and Toys. Haven't been there in a while, but they have Tamiya and Gunze Sangyo paints and can get them in quickly if out of stock. http://metropolis-comics.com/

BTW, there is a place that brings in Gunze Sangyo paints and Gundam models into Canada. Cannot remember the name of the place, but they are located in Burnaby, somewhere on Production Way. Unfortunately, they are mail order only. They don't have a store front.

EDIT: Found it!

Hobbywave

Check out their modelling supplies section.

Dont know how much stock they have and how often they change up their stock, but check it out anyways. They look like this, and also carry plain solid color designs

Try Fastenal. They have everything, and if they don't, they can get it in. You are looking for machine screws in stainless black oxide, yes?

They have three or four locations in the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley. One in Vancouver, on 5th Avenue.
