I think CC's Red Racer is $5 for the growler and $10 to fill it.
At the moment, I can think of only eight locations in all the Greater Vancouver area to fill growlers.

The four Mark James Group Brew pubs:
Brewhouse High Mountain Brewing Company - Whistler
Taylor’s Crossing - North Van
Yaletown Brewing Company - Yaletown
Big Ridge Brewing - Surrey

Parallel 49 Brewing - Vancouver
Steamworks - Vancouver
Central City - Surrey
Bridge Brewing - North Van

Parallel 49 Brewing and Bridge Brewing are both only a few months old and are offering growlers, so hopefully some of the other local breweries will take note and begin offering growlers as well. R & B is moving to a new location in fall 2013, still in Surrey, maybe they'll start offering growlers then? lets hope.

You can take it to the nightmarket and some of the booths have them.

Maybe some of the shops in Crystal Mall might have them?

^ not bad but i'm trying to stay away from white. prefer black or stainless steel would be optimal. it's no huge rush, what do you suggest with that being said?

200 won't get you anything unless you went to the states for sub-par quality suits. You'll probably get a suit jacket at best here.

Honestly? The best bet would be the bay. You won't get a suit for 200 bucks. You can try the bay, they might have some on sale but it might not be in the size you want. Then you'll have to factor in tailoring cost to get the suit to fit you properly. That's probably another 80-100 bucks.

You pay for what you get, but try Moores.

Can you go to Pacific Centre? If so, I would definitely recommend going to H&M and get a suit. Material will be synthetic and quality may be sub par, but they are cut well and fit nicely (assuming you are on the slimmer side); good for a temporary suit or just a cheap blazer.

I thought of Moores first as well but you won't find anything there for $200 either. Your best shot is going to be Sears, should be cheaper than The Bay. Your not going to get any sort of quality at that price. If on the slimmer side, you can get a nice cut suit from the Armani store for around $300, but those will be "summer" suits meaning extremely thin and light materials. Also, don't expect any of these suits to stand the test of time.
