I've seen some at home sense/winners at marine / byrne before. Most home sense locations should have them but selection is limited.

You can try Ming Wo, Cookworks, Puddifoot, and The Gourmet Warehouse. They may not all be cheap but will definitely have a much wider selection to choose from. I would suggest calling in advance to inquire to avoid disappointment.

Easiest is T&T but Crystal Mall, Parker Place, Yaohan all has stores I've seen that sell these. Can't confirm on other malls though such as Aberdeen and such but these aren't hard to find.
