How about you put the windshield washer fluid in a spray bottle and just do your side windows and mirrors manually with a squeegee?

Overseas Auto1 11-22-2012 12:20 PM

why dont you just put PIAA wipers on, they will do a better job

spyker 11-22-2012 02:20 PM

Anyone know where I can get some fat shoe laces, gotta be at least 20mm thick.

Overseas Auto1 11-22-2012 02:28 PM

thats the size of rope. 20mm is over 3/4 of an inch

I know that Walmart (grandview) has a shoe section that sells shoelaces...dont know the sizes/thickness but variety of sizes/colors.

Good luck!

Which model of line PIAA do you recommend?

Graeme S 11-22-2012 03:30 PM

PIAA wipers aren't bad, but it's for my mom's car (which has factory EVERYTHING covered for six years--the whole reason she got the car).

I'm also looking for Rain-X because it's not just for the windshield, but also for the side windows and mirrors. InvisibleSoul, I was thinking of doing that, I'm just not sure how long the windshield wiper stuff will last vs the actual treatment.

I went over the dept twice, and even asked the lady there. She said the only Rainx they had was the window cleaner.

Weird, when i got it it was pretty easy to find. Im sure you'll find it at another canadian tire.

Aquapel > all

So much easier to apply, far less headaches and lasts much longer than Rain-X.

Looking for a battery charger/tender for the ITR while it is parked for the winter.
Any good recommendations?
I looked at CT but I'm not sure of the differences between all the different ones. Some were $30 and some were way over $100.

The CTek battery maintainer usually comes up 40% off at CT on a regular basis and it's a great unit for around $50. I have a couple of Battery Tenders which are great too but I would go for the CTek if I were to buy again.

We can supply the CTEK chargers. Take a look at their website www.ctek.com and let me know what you require
