Does anyone know where I can buy these other then Whistler? They didn't have my size.

http://images.footlocker.com/is/imag...hei=300&qlt=80

Black, size 11.5

I've only seen these at Foot Locker Whistler. If I can't find them locally I'll have to purchase them online but I need them within the next few days. Apparently only footlocker in the states has these as I've called around a few stores and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. I'm going to check a few stores tomorrow morning to see if they are physically in stock because I don't think the employees understood what I was looking for when I mentioned it over the phone.

EDIT: They are called Timberland Rime Ridge 6"

BrRsn 12-30-2012 07:38 PM

^ just out of curiosity why do you need that exact one?

Call a quieter footlocker location and they should be able to check for you which other locations have it.

I picked up a pair of very similar looking winter boots (water proof/thick sole/insulated etc. but not name brand) at Mark's Work Warehouse for pretty cheap and they get the job done!

Goodluck!

This place would probably have it:

Headphone Bar

The Source also claims to have a wide selection of audio cables / accessories as well, but I'd be a little skeptical about them...

Energy 12-30-2012 09:48 PM

I checked their website they do have it. Thanks!

FRStan 12-30-2012 10:27 PM

London Drugs also sells those 90 degree aux cables

Energy 12-31-2012 02:10 AM

But please don't get a cheap cotton tie. Find a silk one.

StylinRed 12-31-2012 03:24 AM

^^ just because it's cotton doesn't mean it's cheap; each type of material has its pros n cons

Surplus section at Princess Auto (as long as you're not set on the fancy shiny plating).

Value Village/thrift stores might have some from back when we actually had a HRC here...

Holy shit people, I gotta say: If you want lobster, go to this dude. Today while out on our little shopping trip, Culverin and I swung by price smart and Superstore to see what kind of stuff they had (and to pick up miscellaneous other stuff for dinner), and the prices for lobster were about $10/lb. But the lobsters were so goddamned...lethargic and shitty.

So I go to the lobster guy, and ask for around 7 and a half pounds. Get four lobsters (just a scoche under 8 lbs), $78. These lobsters were fiesty too: even on their backs on the scale they were doing their best to reach around and try and pry their way out. Culverin told me (I was out running errands) that they were essentially fencing each other when he pulled them out for slaughtering. The meat was very...meaty, and the lobsters were definitely well fed (always remember to clean your lobsters before you eat!).

Now that I've found this place, I think lobster may become a more regular part of my diet. The dude also has frozen tails (with and without shell) from live-frozen lobsters, as well as also a whole bunch of other stuff (lobster sausages!). Definitely worth the trip out.

Senna4ever 01-04-2013 02:18 AM

^^^ Lobsters are not fed after they're harvested, FYI.

fliptuner 01-04-2013 08:42 AM

Lobster and crab fat..... :sweetjesus:
