Where can I look for some advice/products on Accoustic insulation?

Foam, pads, whatever. It's for a small hall, so things like Dynamat would probably be too heavy/expensive.

cheapest salmon fillet. preferably skinned.

i prefer wild sockeye but i'll settle for farmed.

frozen or chilled. I just want cheap.

Unless it's something really oddball, you can probably just take it to a store and match it to what's on the shelf. Princess Auto has huge bins of all kinds of bolts... also try Home Depot, Cambodian Tire, etc.

Costco has consistently the best bang for the buck. Farmed, but very fresh.
