KMS also sells Amsoil oil.

If you are a big fan of Amsoil.. consider their Preferred Customer Program, since they ship from Ab.. you save some tax.. and it is free shippping.

I need to get some adhesive transparent masking film for painting a goalie mask?

It's not so much to mask up for over spray, but it's for controlling my detailed painting designs.

Dragon-88 09-03-2013 01:59 PM

Need some edge trim like this, But not $15 worth of trim.

I only need about 1-3feet at most.

Does anyone know where I can get a smaller amount or if anyone has this in their garage.

Like everyone else has said... Princess (they probably have a bulk pack of a dozen different sizes), Cambodian Tire, Home Depot, KMS, etc. When you're searching for them, use the term "pin clip".

i got it shipped from AB as well. and those fucks spilled some oil from an external source into the box. was messy to deal with

i called to see what they could do about it. the guy just told me to shoot him an email with pics. i emailed twice at the adr he gave me, and didnt get a reply

(i should change my diff oiil now that u mention it though)
btw, the tranny fluid from Amsoil is great. miles ahead of the stock shit. although, it doesnt last very long

Softwall socket so I don't scratch my wheels/lugnuts. Checked Canadian Tire and they only have the regular deep impact sockets.

fliptuner 09-05-2013 02:57 PM

Just use masking tape on the socket.

mb_ 09-05-2013 03:42 PM

Or saran wrap lol. But I think I saw a set at KMS

I'm glad a lack of spelling ability doesn't impact their ability to manufacture synthetics, not to mention the painfully poor grammar.

oil filter strap wrench?

MG1 09-05-2013 08:30 PM

you don't need no grammer and speeling when you is in alberta.........

godwin 09-05-2013 08:58 PM

These things are useless, (once oil get on the fabric it will just spin).. get a proper sized ones eg Lisle Corporation You will save a lot of frustration. Those things won't even overcome the friction of the seal, much less when the engine is warm etc. A few bucks extra, you save yourself staring blankly at the filter, with you underneath the car in this weather. Heck I have a pretty nice garage and lift to work in and I will still go batshit if I have to use the tool you want.

or at least this:

Oil Filter Wrench | Princess Auto for $7

In case you are confused how those specific ones like Lisle are described.. you need to know the filter diameter and the number of angles there are.. eg Toyota has 14 flutes and is 64mm.

But godwin is right, they're useless after they get any oil on them.
