Only to the extent that you don't exceed the resistor's rating. If your circuit is pulling 50mA, at 12VDC, you're dissipating 0.6W, and a 1/2W resistor would probably fry eventually (it would likely run really hot for a while first). If your circuit is drawing only 25mA, then your dissipation drops to 0.3W. Keep in mind though, if you're putting one resistor for all the lights, you have to figure on the total current for them all - if each light draws 10mA and there are four of them, you're at 40mA total already, or 0.48W.

I beat myself up ALL the time for not buying this when I had the chance… but I'm looking for this in MEDIUM.
Would prefer new, and obviously NO FAKES, I know how to check.
Preferably blank (no name and #)

Almost every department store carries the major brands like Bodum. If you have a friend who works at Starbucks, they get 30% off with their discount.

I've had my bodum for years. Works like a champ. Just remember to get your coffee ground for a french press. Makes it a lot easier to press.

KMS doesn't really have a lot of automotive-specific stuff. Cambodian Tire, Lordco, NAPA, or Princess Auto are a better bet.

Deluxe Feeler Gauge | Princess Auto

Tire Valve Core Tool Set | Princess Auto

Try all the usual local places like Kerrisdale Cameras, Black's, London Drugs, Broadway Camera, etc.? Check Red Flag Deals, see if anyone's got them on special, or wait for Boxing Day?

Thanks Soundy, but that feeler gauge set is not exactly what I'm looking for.

$25? Just buy a cheap set of calipers, way more versatile. They had a digital one for sale at CT for $10, PA has them for cheap every now and then and the valve core remover for sure.

Already got a vernier caliper, but I don't want to be taking the pad off the caliper to get measurements as this is just for quick measurements when the wheel is off.

Thanks though!

Costco is right on Still Creek.

I realize you're buying in bulk but that's probably the cheapest snack/meal in the area and will last you.

That funky high-reflective paint you can paint on a wall to make it better for a projector screen... any place that's particularly good to find that, hopefully fairly cheap?

where can i find 3/32" punch? need it to punch out the pin holding the reverse lock out ring on the shifter.

Don't mind buying a whole set that includes this size but prefer to just buy the exact size i need. Check canadian tire the smallest punch they have is 1/8
