Ulic Qel-Droma 12-09-2013 02:57 PM

not "buy" locally...

but can anyone recommend a moving company that's cheap and reliable?

I'm probably needing to move before the 24th... I have two couches, a bed, bed frame, and tables. probably need a 5ton truck to fit everything. It's only like 2 blocks away.

the small shit I can move myself. anyway.

i got a lot of 40 dollar an hour chinese ppl, but just seeing what guys you've used and your experience with em.

edit:
right now i got a guy that has a 5 ton truck, two helpers, 60 bux an hour +30 travelling fee.

if anyone can get a better deal let me know. thanks.

That's pretty decent. In my experience, asian guys work harder/faster/more efficiently because...well, that's just how we do things lol.

My friends family book a "white" moving company, and they cancelled the first day 10 minutes after they were supposed to show up, and on the second day wanted almost $200 more than originally agreed because they "forgot" to tell them they are charging for all travel time/breaks, etc.

Not meaning to offend anyone, but sometimes things are the way they are lol

I did a bit of a search but came up empty.

Does anyone know where to find custom coffee mugs? Like the ones where you can get your picture printed on it? TIA

Walmart does this. SO does London Drugs.

"F as in Frank" on main street has a ton of sweaters. They offer to buy them back at half price after the holidays, I picked up a snoopy one just last week.

That's not a bad deal, I say go for it.

I worked a summer doing moving jobs with a guy who charged $30/hr + $20/hr for each extra helper. He looks a little scruffy but is very careful with his work. I can dig up his number if you'd like.

Can anyone recommend a place for engraving a pocket watch? The small store in the nook beside Sears at RC charges a $20 set up fee + $1 for each letter.

dared3vil0 12-10-2013 03:20 PM

1$ for EACH letter? :fuckthatshit:

Where can I locally purchase or atleast try on before I purchase online, one of those F1 racing suits? Doesn't have to be an official F1 suit but a blank red/white racing track suit thingy would be ideal.

Thank you

Art Knapp usually has them. Their website is shit, but they've had it for the past few years. Same with the Easter bunny ones.

EuterVanWasser 12-10-2013 05:51 PM
