dollarama has them from time to time (they sell out fast) theyre not "got milk" but its a similar product, sometimes theyre stocked on the shelves in the food section, othertimes theyre at the end of the aisle in one of those cardboard stand things or pegboard

Pretty sure any reputable shop that can remove bumper, wiring, reinstall will do.
Just make sure they align the foglights correctly (or if shroud covers is included).
Were you planning to tap power directly to battery or connect to headlamps when activate??
