Even if you aren't a student as long as you pay by cash you are good to go.
Black and white are like 3 bucks, and colour is like 15.
Other places charge 40 bucks plus for colour prints in D size prints.

Are you looking for best cost?
I haven't seen any on sale for a while. They tend to be $25-30. You can always look around craigslist for used ones if cost is really an issue.
Otherwise Wal-mart, Costco, Canadian Tire, Rona, Lowes, The Home Depot- take your pick.

If you buy used, make sure you check the date code at the bottom of the tank. Refill places won't fill it up if the tank is over 10 years old.
These days I think it is easier to swap tanks. Quote:

craigslist? there's usually some small shops that advertise iPod/apple accessories from overseas and its pretty cheap.
Or just wait until nightmarket starts lol

where can i buy set screws???
a tiny tiny tiny set screw fell out of my rifle scopes windage dial meaning i cant zero in the scope.
i've tried gun shops and they don't carry them, i've tried calling bushnell, but the lady on the phone said she cant ship to canada despite the fact that i called their domestic/international line.
the screw needs to be maybe 5mm long
anyone? :S
not the best picture(google pic), but to get the idea of how small the screw is, the dial is probably a bit smaller than a quarter...so the screws are tiny!

If the screws are standard size/pitch, maybe try a laptop repair shop.
