Where's that if you don't mind me asking? I prefer single cans. I only crave it once in a while & don't really want/need a 6-pack of it.

just go to any jewelry store
bs and tell em you bought a ring there but forgot to ask for a ring box

worst case they'll sell it to you
best case they'll just give it to you for free

Gold Insulating foil. The heat type that people use on their firewall and under the hood.

CCA-Dave 07-23-2014 12:47 PM

Mopac, Lordco.

Various brands, do your research so you get good stuff.

Hmm the guy at the lordco in Nvan was perhaps an idiot then.

Will try again.

I know the TechFlex Gold foil is pretty popular and also pretty expensive. I found one place that sold it for like 15 bucks a Sqft. Which I was willing to pay until shipping was like doubling the price...wtf.

xeryusx 07-23-2014 03:34 PM

Hey guys. Where can I get quality e-collars for my dawg?

I know the TechFlex rep in BC, shoot me a PM if you're not time desperate and I'll see what I can do. Lordco carries the DEI line up of products, give the counter guy any of these part numbers and he should be able to look it up: Reflect-A-GOLD - Heat Reflective Tape 010391 | Purchase DEI, CryO2, Ny-Trex, Boom Mat & SPA Turbo Products | Design Engineering, Inc. - Thermal Performance Products

I can't remember what brand Mopac carries...I used their silver stuff early on in the RallyBug build, later switched to all TechFlex stuff (but after my foil work was done).

If you look at my profile Classic Car Adventures is listed as my homepage. There is no option in my control panel for setting up a signature to my posts, otherwise I would list it there.

Does anyone know what the bendable metal bar thing is called on the fan below? It can be used to adjust where the fan goes but it is rigid when you don't touch it. The fan is called Antec Spot Cool < PDF product link. Thanks!

They're called goosenecks.........

Manufacturer of Standard Size Flexible Gooseneck Tubing & Small Diameter Flexible Hose for Headset Applications - Uniprise International, Connecticut

You can buy bendable metal tubing at Home Depot. Electrical supply - conduit. There are plastic ones, too.

Not there. Figured it was a new-user thing and would appear after X posts.

I think you're right.

You need to hit something like 150 posts to get journal access and along with it; the ability to edit signatures.
