Check that little cart outside of Garage at Metrotown. I know they sell screen protectors for $2, so their cases might be cheap, too.

I usually only see the small spade terminals on aftermarket car-audio speakers. If you only need a couple of them, the fastest/cheapest is to go to Walmart, and buy the small pack of connectors in the car audio section. I think they include 6 of the tiny ones? I pop the plastic insulator off them and use heat-shrink after I crimp.

Daiso... if not this kitchen/appliances shop in Parker Place.

You can find them too at William Sonoma or the likes, but they can be expensive

If you don't find them at Main Electronics, go a few doors north and check out Lee's Electronics - same side of the street. They carry the three most popular sizes of the connectors you are looking for. I purchased the smallest ones for a switch I had to use.

If you're closer to Burnaby side of things, RP Electronics might have them. Always call before going.

Lee's Electronic
RP Electronics - Test Instruments , Power Supplies , Inverters , Electronic Project Kits and more!

BTW, they are called "quick connects" Spade connectors are the ones that are fork shaped.

Anyone know anywhere locally that sells the power bridge system locally?

http://www.blogcdn.com/www.engadget....owerbridge.jpg

Essentially it adds a plug behind a wall mounted tv then drops the male end down below the tv wherever you want

Great68 02-07-2015 08:59 PM

Does anyone know where I could find a towing bridle strap?:

http://www.macscustomtiedowns.com/im...bridle_300.jpg

Either a brick and mortor store or canadian online site would work.

Thanks.

I have seen them at Best Buy before when I was in Ontario by their home theatre section and also found it on their website (the .ca one) although it doesn't show any possibility to reserve (usually meaning no stock/info)

Maybe call them to see if they can get one delivered to store.

Any local store that carries a variety of toggle switches? Need a few different styles and amperage capacity.

RP Electronics, Main Electronics, and Lee's Electronic.

RP is on Grandview Hwy and Rupert, while the other two are both on 4500 block of Main Street.

We need a sticky or something, 'cause we get people looking for electronic parts in here quite often.

right side is best.............have stomache problems? Sleep on right side.

Whatever you do, don't sleep with head pointing north - very, very bad luck. All the beds in my house are east-west facing.

Hondaracer 02-11-2015 03:55 PM
