I often find that they carry a large selection of these types of batteries.

looking for bulk wieners
Used to get them at Rempel Meats on Downes Road in Abbotsford when I used to work in Abby. They are made in some place up north or in the interior - can't remember.
Anyway, not looking for cryovac. Just the bulk ones that come in pairs.

Not sure what you are looking, but Oyama Sausage Co or Two River Meat both have great sausage/weiners. We have had them when doing BBQ with friends last summer and they were great! Taste like real meat rather than some cheap stuff.

I framed an uncommon size last year, it was still about $250 at Michael's, but I think if you choose the most basic frame it could be slightly less. in any case custom framing is expensive and from now on I only buy prints in common sizes

I have used Yuen Hai Framing in Richmond several times and they were really good. Small shop but they did a great job and have lots of options for mats, glass, and types of frames. Came out to 20% cheaper than Michael's even with the coupons.

Yup, Michael's can be a rip off. Their original prices on stuff are so inflated to begin with. I use the really thick Sharpie Magnum felt pens a lot. I go to Michael's with 50% coupon in hand to find out that with the discount it is still more expensive than anywhere else. Even Lordco sells it for cheaper than Michael's discounted price, lol.
There are times (rare) that Michael's has good prices on clearance items.
The good thing about Michael's is the convenience factor.

The good thing about Michael's is the convenience factor. | So the big question is where is the best place in Surrey or the Tri-Cities? I thought Michaels would be over priced thats why they always have these 50% off coupons.

Where can I buy white pillar candles, 6" x 3" for around $5 each?
Places I've checked, ikea and Michaels, sell them for retarded prices. I didn't even fucking realize that plain goddamned wax candles cost a fucking fortune.
