preferably more than 2L capacity but 2L at the very least.

If you are planning to keep it warm (plugged) all day, get one with the vacuum sealing. It saves tons of energy (almost 50% from my own observation of 1week via WeMo)

Rainbow suspenders? Not looking for quality, it's a joke gift. Cheaper the better!

Any of you use an HDMI switch?

I've got a TV that's only got two damn HDMI slots and I need to plug in 3-4 devices in there. Any recommended brands or stores that locally stocks em? Would they affect device performance?

I've been keeping an eye on the stuff from amazon but seems like there's a reliability issue with some of these.

haven't found one on amazon that has no automatic switching either...i'd prefer it to be manually switched cus automatic detection/switching is a recipe for disaster with these things.

Anyone know where I can buy a plush toy from the HK cartoon character 'mcdull'?

Checked Aberdeen, Parker and Yaohan and none of them had it

Something like this

Have you tried the store at Metrotown by the Rogers store and sky train side?
It is a clothing store and last year I saw that they had ugly sweaters and onesies
I thinking is Urban Planet.

Where do you live? Matsuzushi is open again in Port Moody on St Johns just west of Ioco. I haven't been inside but it looks like a smaller version of their old shop from the outside. Worth a shot.

Armind 12-08-2016 02:21 PM

Surrey

T&T is within walking distance for me... gonna give it a look after work

neverLift 12-08-2016 02:24 PM

Suzuya Japanese Market right beside the Nikkei Centre in Burnaby has lots of Japanese curries.
edit: Just saw you're in Surrey, T&T usually has some, at least the ones I've been to in Alberta.

cheers

StylinRed 12-08-2016 04:29 PM

T&t has the curry, dunno about the Choc

MG1 12-08-2016 04:53 PM

Didn't know choc comes in mild, medium, and hot.

I am looking for one of those water boiler keep warm thermos things made by Zojirushi.

Model number CV-DCC40. The real thing, no knock off. Locally, of course. I know it was in this thread somewhere. Lowest price, of course.

hud 91gt 12-11-2016 03:49 PM

Nylon M8 bolts.

Homedepot, Canadian Tire and Fastenal had nothing in stock.

Hondaracer 12-11-2016 06:39 PM

Have to move in the New Year, where is the best place to buy cheap boxes or totes?

Home Depot for a while had fairly cheap decently sized totes at about $6 a pop
